All bookings are subject to our terms and conditionsand booking procedure, please read these before booking. All bookings taken will assume agreement with our terms and conditions.
Payment Requirements
Deposits:A 25% deposit of the full amount of the charter is due on the day of booking, to ensure that the vessel you have chosen is reserved for you.
We will only keep vessels "penciled in" for you for up to five working days, after this point the vessel becomes available. For example if you chose to have our Delphia 40 for a week in high season the price would be £1650.00, we would expect a deposit of £412.50 on booking.
Deposits can be paid by Cheque or Credit Card.
Balance:
The balance of your charter is due four weeks before the start date of your charter, this amount is the full amount of your charter less the deposit payment made on booking.
Payment can be accepted by cheque or credit Card.
Security Deposits: All our security deposits for each vessel is £1000.00, this is due on the day of your charter or before the start of your charter. All security deposits are banked and we can accept credit card if you pay on the day of your charter, however if you wish to pay by cheque, this needs to be sent to us two weeks before the start date of your charter to ensure that it reaches us on time, and this also gives us time to ensure your cheque has cleared our bank account before the start of your charter.
